Great point of view Heloise! I think it depends what you are quiting. My personal view of it is that not all good things always feel good, and becoming a better person and recovering dosent always feel good. I think quiting might temporary stop the pain, but will just bring worse pain in the future, compared to the small pain you will go through until you overcome it and then there is a rush of happiness.
