Three hours ahead, so 5 in PST is 8 EST. It's only fair to mention after 15 minutes it's all out of pocket. And you have to buy the minutes up front. If you have the money cool, if not they don't take insurances. Most charge 2 dollars a minute or more so at least 60 dollars an hour. You can't do much in15 minutes. So now you're informed.
I think that this is a great opportunity to try out online counseling. I've been doing it and have found it to be very helpful. I also know numerous people here who have really benefited from online counseling.
Actually, 15 minutes is more than enough time to get to know a counselor and to explain what's going on with you. You can receive some expert advice and guidance in that time, and then decide if you would like to continue on with future sessions.
Thanks so much for giving us this opportunity!
Sentinal, I would like to thank you for your kind private message to me, as I very much appreciate how truly "supportive" you are. As I always say, if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it at all. And, if online counseling is not for you, then it's not for you. Though, there are tons of people out there like me who are benefiting from this. Have you ever asked yourself; maybe there is someone out there who desperately needs help and physically can't get to a therapist, or maybe someone doesn't have access to the right help locally? Maybe if you look outside of yourself, you will see how beneficial this is to others.
Unknown8, thank you so much! There are some who really thrive off of bringing others down and although this caused me hurt, I am pushing past it. I know who I am and what I am, and no one will ever question my character.
